haha so it is always better to build your own custom right?

I just dont know what my budget should be...and ive never built a pc before but heard it is rather simple..

Here ya go. It will wipe the floor with that Dell. And, if something goes wrong...it will be a lot cheaper and easier to fix.

holy cow this is like a super computer

my other question would be is it really neccessary to get something of this capacity?

obviously that question is dependent on what ill be doing -- ill be doing plenty of gaming, cs go, league, overwatch, and i want to get into the higher quality games as my PC has never been good enough to run them (lol)

i also do some photoshop work

Then that is pretty much the PC you would want to build. It's more or less and up to date, midrange computer.
A kickass computer these days would run more like, $2000 to $2500.

Here is the GTX 1060 (like in the Dell) compared to the GTX 1070 (like in the build I linked).

Its not uncommon to find a prebuilt that is a GREAT deal. But that sir, is not one of them.

What is your budget. And what programs and games will it be used for. We might be able to tweak it some.
