wondering what should be my order of upgrades.
And to what it should be upgraded. Mostly play counter strike and games like H1z1 want to try battlegrounds.

Was thinking my next upgrade should maybe be from a 270--->gtx 1070? Thoughts? And will i be bottle necked by any other parts of my pc if i do this for the time being. And if so is this one a good choice?

Gpu definitely next upgrade. I doubt any gpu will bottleneck your cpu.

Really depends on the game tho. If you're try to play early access games youre gunna have a bad time either way.

If you have 1080p, go for Rx 480. It's half the price of 1070.

Go for 1070 if you can afford it

Try comparing Rx 480 and 1070 and see what's best for you =)

GTX 1070

yeah i figured 1070 would be first and formost then i would assume i need . z170/z270 mobo better ram ddr4 ( current is ddr3 + cpu ( debating i7 6700k or i5-7600k)

Might as well go for the Z270/7600K. It's the newest at the moment.
But what you have should be fine for a while, with a GTX 1070 driving your grfx.
