I have tried to manually start with screwdriver, no luck.
The graphics card does have power, as the light on it is illuminating.
I believe the power supply is working due to responsive light.
Motherboard most likely?
Help, please!
30fg to person who correctly diagnoses and it works.

Might wanna do the "paper clip test" on the power supply.

Pretty hard to fu.

1. Unhook all the power supply wires from the motherboard and devices.
2. Leave the power supply plugged into the wall, but turn off the switch on the back.
3. Use a paper clip or piece of wire to short the gree wire (of the 24 pin connector) to a black wire near it.
4. Make sure your jumper isn't touching anything metal, and turn the power supply ON.

The fan on the power supply should spin. (Some power supplies have fans that only turn on when under load) Might want to list your power supply make and model.

The motherboard is the least valuable piece of equipment out of the 3.
