trying to run Rust a steam game and it seems to be sort of choppy..

Intel Core i5-3450 Quad-Core Processor 3.1 GHz
8GB Ram
NVidia Geforce GT 440

Normally a better gpu,
But assuming that is a prebuild, it will require a new psu, and a new case for better airflow and fit the new gpu if it's big.
