Computer is about 2 years old - nothing has been upgraded inside. Looking to either upgrade or buy a complete new computer.
Current build: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/qgjVgs

Budget:
Maximum you will spend? - $1300
Will you complete mail in rebates? - Yes
If so, may we go over-budget if rebates bring you within budget? - Yes
Do you need Windows Operation System within budget? - No
Need a Monitor? / Mouse? / Keyboard within budget? - Looking for a second Monitor

Basic Info:
Specific Uses (Programs, game titles etc.) - Steaming Movies (Hulu/Netflix), WoW, RS, possibly other more demanding games.
Country? - USA
Will you travel to NCIX (canada) or Microcenter (USA) for parts? (Null if unsure) -

How much hard drive space do you want or need? - Any
Will you use wireless or wired internet? - Wireless - Currently have a wireless adapter, but would like to upgrade.
Will you overclock CPU and/or GPU? - Possibility
Any special requests or useful things to tell us? (Specific case, need lots of storage, audio etc.) - Would like a flashy case.

Style (optional)
Do you prefer any specific colors for the build/computer case? - Prefer red
Do you prefer a window on your case? - If possible
*(Please note how picky you will be with colors. Sometimes it's just not feasible to get some colors on certain parts)*

P.S: If a new computer is a better idea, I'll sell off my current one after I transfer all my important stuff over which would mean a slightly larger budget.

To be honest it's still a pretty neat PC. An SSD, additional 8gb ram and the extra monitor and you would be good to go. Would run you in about 280$.

If you got the money and want an higher end flashy system.

Would look a bit similar to my PC in my profile.
I can also recommend the nzxt s330 case for 60$ it's similar to my case and has a very clean stylish design.

If picked another 1tb hdd, you could reuse the old one. But I think it would be easier to sell it as a whole PC. Would get a few hundred.

I'm not from the US so I don't know the 100% used value on the parts. But close estimate
Cpu - 120$
Cooler - 20$
Motherboard - 65$
Ram - 45$
Hdd - 35$
Gpu - 125$
Psu/case - 50$

So probably 400-450$ resale value. Maybe 500$ if you are lucky.
