as far as windows gose maybe your pc came with a windows 10 install cd , use that if not im not sure what your options are i dont know if you windows 10 is part of an account so you could re down load.
mine came with a cd so i was all set there.
even if you don't re install windows it would help to download newer mobo drivers and go from there chipset being the most importain driver.
