Well, they didn't have a GTX 950 on the list, so I used the faster GTX 960 for the comparison...

BUT....

Get SPECCY here: http://www.piriform.com/speccy/download
...get the FREE version from the: Piriform Link
...Speccy is a really nice system hardware/temperature, information Utility.
...simply install it...and run the program...then post a screen shot of the main page of the program, when posting a problem/question on these forums.

/e It's a lot easier to make recommendations, when we know what you have now (the whole computer), and at least for the sound card, what your audio needs actually are.

Some folks, that are very into audio prefer a DAC + an Amp, but these soundcards are all better than the onboard sound you have now...

/e As for the vid card... the GTX 1070 is a very good card. It MAY be overkill for your computer. But even if it is...it'll still be a nice vid card down the road when you possibly upgrade the rest of your computer.
Another consideration for vid cards, is the resolution you will be gaming at...Speccy will show us what CPU you have and what resolution you game at.

I also Highly recommend GTX 1070 its a bit more money but Well Worth it! if you legit cant do it id do a gtx 1060: https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814127947&cm_re=gtx_1070-_-14-127-947-_-Product
If you don't like Msi i highly recommend going with a EVGA...at the very least don't go gigabyte they are awful!
