i7 2700k
asus maximus iv
16gs 1866 ram
corsair 850 watt psu
120 gb 840 pro ssd
half x 932 case full tower
1070 gpu

current pc is having issues half the usb ports are dead and the rest are turning off randomaly lol
I can use parts from this to build in new one or maybe just thinking about buying a new motherboard for my 2700k
current case is way to big I'm wanting to get a small case something just big eough for the 1070 and h100 mods are ok to make it fit

/e Ryzen is still an unknown at this point. Just reading a PCWorld article...definitely NOT coming out 1st quarter of 2017.


I would consider just getting a new mobo for your current build. To hold you over till middle of 2017. lots of new stuff coming out.

AMD and Nvidia have new vid cards coming out, Ryzen...etc.
