and theres not goign to be building involved.

well i gues syou can buy a bunch of old used parts but it won't be great.

craigslist a video card for 50-75 and that will be about as close as you can get if you wanna do custom at that price point

I found a few used ones on Craigslist and rebuilt them with the kids they enjoyed it. Got a q6600 with 8gs of ram for free threw in a 760. Painted it all pink with some leds it's good enough for them
