My PC currently has Corsair CX Series CX600M 600W ATX 12V 80 Plus Bronze Modular Power Supply and Corsair Cooling Hydro Series H60
My EVGA GeForce GTX970 Superclocked ACX 2.0 4GB is starting to overheat now that I have 2 monitors.
any suggestions on what I should buy?

Dust your PC.
It shouldn't overheat because you added a second monitor.
