I need to build an office computer for a relative and I would like some advice on some part choices..

Here's what I came up with so far:

What they need it for :

- Dual monitor (already bought)
- Photoshop
- General office stuff (PDF, e-mails, etc)

He said he wanted it to be "Fast and reliable" and his budget would be around 800-1200CDN, so I might have went a little overkill on some stuff.

Ordering the parts this week. (Canada)

Any thoughts or recommendations or different builds?

(Not required : Mouse, keyboard, monitors, Water cooling)
