I need a new computer mouse for gaming.
My budget is around 50-300 usd, but I don't want to pay extra money for uneeded non-existant quality.
As long as it is good, I don't mind it being expensive though.
I've had logitech mx518 or equivialent mouses up throughout the years, and I'd like something that feels similar in the hand.
I am right handed.
Requirements in order of priority:
-cable
-higher dpi = better
-only left/right main buttons
-scroll with option to "soft-lock" it so it scrolls with resistance for each "tick", or smooth spin is wanted but not required if hard to come by
-buttons for the thumb, I currently have the two standard
-I wouldn't mind having extra buttons for gaming that are easy to use, up to a couple extra buttons than the standard two for thumbs and one for index and one for middle finger, but I don't want a mouse cluttered with ugle buttons.
