Get SPECCY here: http://www.piriform.com/speccy/download
...get the FREE version from the: Piriform Link
...Speccy is a really nice system hardware/temperature, information Utility.
...simply install it...and run the program...then post a screen shot of the main page of the program, when posting a problem/question on these forums.

You don't even need to spend that much on a new card.

To start, league can run on a potato. Maybe even half of a potato. :P
Second Poe is really cpu bound, so buying a super GPU won't help that much.

Little POE joke for you: (cpu performance in POE)

This card will do everything you ask and much more.

Knowing what you know now, would you like to lower your budget a bit? You could get by with probably something like 100-120 dollars if you are trying to save money.

This would also work and is a good option:

This will also work and is teh cheapest option id recommend right now.

ya I was saying i prob wouldnt need a high end card to run these games lol
I was looking at the rx 480 or the 1060
I put aside 1k for xmas should have around 400 after presents and stuff so dont mind spending 200-300
was thinking of getting this one http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814137023&cm_re=AMD_Radeon_RX_480-_-14-137-023-_-Product

ill dl that speccy later when I get home and list the specs if its needed
e; will I not notice a difference in the 460 to 480 when it comes to poe/league? might just grab the cheaper one and buy a ssd or something

That 480 is a fine purchase. generally the 480 is as good as the 1060 (depends on game as to which is better) so get the one that's cheaper.
You would probably not notice in league, but you might be able to get more frames on ultra settings when you play on the 480, if and only if your CPU is powerful enough, which is why ghot asked for speccy.

Either way if you can comfortably afford the 480, I'd get it. Ghot or others may recommend a cpu upgrade in your future if it is old however.

I would pass on the 1060. It's a bit faster than the RX 480, but down the road, you can't use a GTX 1060 in SLI.

Well if you're NEVER gonna run two cards...then get the GTX 1060. Like this one...

/e Make sure your power supply has a 6 pin vid card connector.

I'd take a RX 480 over a 1060 just about any day.
