Christmas is almost here, get people to give you gift cards, graphics card ( be specific, people suck at buying parts), operating system, whatever, and then build the rest with your cash

Not really. You're going to have to start with something used and add parts to it, Imo.
Or look for used parts in general.

This is about the cheapest I could do and i had to make some pretty unfortunate cuts.

saving money by grabbing something used will allow you to get 8gb ram and preferably a 250 gig ssd instead of a hard drive.

from what you just linked all is new? cause i wouldnt care to start with something low if i can upgrade to something nice with 3-400$ more (might have this to invest in a month or so)

and for used part it is good? cause im scary to buy it and it break a month or so later

and if i go with used part .. what would i should aim? same build but i add ram and Ssd or new setup?

might be able to throw another 100$ on this so 500$ budget

You should wait a month if you have more to invest by then.
You will get both a weak GPU and CPU for your current budget. And then you will have to upgrade both parts anything soon anyways.

Be able to get at least an i3 and RX 470.
Otherwise used is the way to go.

Something like this is optimal.

Usually it's pretty safe to buy used, I haven't bought many things myself but I've sold quite a few parts and all were good and noone's had issues with them. One of the guys I sold to said he buys used parts all the time and builds them into pcs to resell, never had any issues.
3 of my friends all built rigs out of used parts too and have had no issues.
