Things that jump out:

Would get a motherboard that supports overclocking for the 6600k/better for overclocking (if overclocking)
or
would get the non OC i5 and save the money (if not)

Would consider 500GB ssd over 250/1tb if you can get away with the space. it would be cheaper, especially if you don't get samsung.

You can likely find a better power supply for a similar cost, especially with rebates.

Also did dual channel faster ram
