Budget: ~1500 USD
Maximum you will spend? - 1600
Will you complete mail in rebates? - If they are more than 20 dollars.
If so, may we go over-budget if rebates bring you within budget? - Maybe to 1700?
Do you need Windows Operation System within budget? - No need of OS, will install my own.
Need a Monitor? / Mouse? / Keyboard within budget? - I'd like an option with a 1MS / 144hz monitor (22-24 inches) and an option if I didn't get a monitor. <3

Basic Info:
Specific Uses (Programs, game titles etc.) - Whatever games I want. Mostly CS:GO and probably newer releases that I like.
Country? - USA
Will you travel to NCIX (canada) or Microcenter (USA) for parts? (Null if unsure) - Can do Microcenter

How much hard drive space do you want or need? - None
Will you use wireless or wired internet? - Wired
Will you overclock CPU and/or GPU? - Probably not
Any special requests or useful things to tell us? (Specific case, need lots of storage, audio etc.) - I have a 250 GB SSD right now and it is full as of this last month. I don't need any storage options, I have a 1TB HD I'll put into it and my 250 SSD.

Style (optional)
Do you prefer any specific colors for the build/computer case? - I wouldn't mind black with blue accents, if it's possible.
Do you prefer a window on your case? - Whatever is best for maximum air flow and least amount of maintenance. haha
*(Please note how picky you will be with colors. Sometimes it's just not feasible to get some colors on certain parts)*

black/blue build. You could change the fan on the CPU cooler as well if white doesn't fit it. Or even go with an AIO cooler. But if you are not going to overclock ever it would be a waste.

Use blue LED on the motherboard, RAM and GPU.

oh you wanted a build without monitor included, just upgrade to a gtx 1080 then

I found an acer monitor that's 1ms / 144hz for 190 or so. It's not terrible, plus I can get 15% off of it since Jet does some pretty cool deals. (if it applies to this)

E: I don't NEED to have the colors if they get in the way of performance over style.

This is what I was kind of looking at to build. Is there any way to swap out parts to make it more towards the $1500 mark?

Well if you got a micro center here is a build and it should be much cheaper in store with them.

Would need to check microcenter's website but that should be around ~1600-1700

Head to microcenter and buy the cpu/mobo there.

About 60 dollars in savings alone.

Match my build up to microcenter near you and see what you get close to without the monitor.

Was my build not that great?

I see those CPU's on sale from time to time for like 280-290 dollars too, wondering if I should wait a couple weeks and see if it does again.

Well you're looking at a new line of CPUs about to be released in the next ~6-8 weeks.

I came out to 1404 when I did a build on microcenters website with a liquid cooler excluding ram

My thoughts are this. The NZXT cases are cheaply made and buying a used cpu isn't the worst option in the world if you're trying to maximize your performance:dollar ratio.

CPU/mobo/case best to buy new from micro center

Everything else you would need to find deals on/rebates.

This Asus monitor has adaptive sync. Its worth the extra cash.
Stay away from the EVGA NEX series. Go for G2 if you want EVGA.
