The GPU is the weak point in this system.
The rest is fine and upto date.

Something like a GTX 1060 would be ideal. But depends on your budget.
And you should consider upgrading to win10 as well

get aftermarket CPU fan, overclock it.
Games you listed dont need str0nk GPU,
but yeah getting a stronger GPU will be the best upgrade

I wouldn't recommend overclock BCLK. Gonna mess up RAM frekvens and make shit unstable.
Still a gtx 750ti is a really small card. and overclocking the CPU probably wouldn't gain any FPS increase at all. Doubt his running 100% load on any of the cores.

If your computer started dropping frames, you might want to have a check on dust, drivers and make sure you don't have any rogue programs holding you back.

If you would like more performance in games though, as others have said, definitely grab an upgrade for the gpu. cpu is fine.

do you have a budget?

Sorry if it seems like I'm hijacking your thread. I came here with the same question, so I figured why not..

You can grab a 470 from here
http://nz.pcpartpicker.com/product/p28H99/sapphire-radeon-rx-470-4gb-nitro-video-card-11256-01

the 470 is about double the power of the 750 ti.
So in a game where you saw 20 fps at ultra settings, i would expect to see 40-50 fps now.

edit: if you dont like one of the shops that sells it for 318/319 then let me know. i can find a different retailer. I do not know the new zealand online stores that are best so feel free to also let me know that :)
