I am looking to build or update my computer to make it be playable on a 4k 65" tv.

Budget:??? (already have a system, dont know what it has in it at the moment because it is sitting at my mom's while my house is being finished)
More specific use (what games, what programs): World of warcraft, Diablo 2, StarCraft, (Blizzard entertainment games (all of them)) Maybe some CS:GO and steam games. Would prefer to play on max/ultra settings.
I also have an SSD, and HDD that I was supposed to program to have one only have my windows installed, but I messed something up there too. Would like more information on how to redo my computer so the SSD has my windows program only, and everything else will save to the HDD. my differences are I "believe" 128gb SSD and 1TB HDD. I have a higher end GeForce GTX but cant remember which one i think a 980 or 990GTX.

Please any help would be great, looking to get this set up as soon as I move back into the house.

If you would like as well, you could give me a brand new setup, processor and everything and I could always sell my current system and buy a new one.

Playing D2 on a 65" 4k tv sounds miserable. You'd be able to see each individual pixel. haha
