More specific use (what games, what programs): steam games like witcher3/gta5/csgo doesnt have to be max settings
Planned time until purchase: now
Do you need an Operating System?: no
Do you have any specific preferred components?: no
Do you need a sound or wireless card?: no
Do you want stock cooling or do you plan on overclocking?: probably not going to overclock
Do you need a monitor? mouse? keyboard?: no

mainly curious how this would look with all these sales and if it looks tempting enough might just pull the trigger.
also i dont need an ssd but do need a HD

i5-6500, asus strix rx 480 (8 gb), h110 m mobo, 8gb ddr4 ram, corsair cs450m or cx450m (whichever), western digital 1tb blue, any mATX case

If you get an i7-6700k you will need a Z170 mobo and a CPU cooler since they don't come with one.

E: You don't need a 750w power supply bud. 450 or 550 is enough.
That GPU will be quite hot, but it's a HELL of a deal at $200. RX 480 8GB is MSRP $250 if I recall correctly.
See if you can find 1x 8GB HyperX Fury DDR4 for RAM. Green RAM ugly af.

i have a "Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO" i can recycle. but do you think increasing the budget a bit to include an i7 and the mobo is worth it or is the difference not that much for someone just playing games?

You will not have to upgrade your processor for quite some time if you go that route.
