It's for mostly steam games, my son likes roblox and some other younger kids games that seem to run bad on my 5 year old computer

Changed a few things. And 26$ windows 10 key on kinguin.net. Added to the list.
The RX470 should be about 30% more powerful. So the small price difference is worth it.

Z170 chipset is kinda useless in this situation. so went with a cheaper motherboard
The Evo 212 is really not needed. TPD on that CPU is quite low so a stock cooler would be fine. So you could remove that.

A few changes made is a bit stronger and cheaper. So I added 16GB of RAM

You could downgrade to 8GB RAM. But i find myself using above that in games like Rust and GTA 5.
