32gb RAM cause fuck 16, shit I do is ram hogs
i7 6700k

Open to builds/ideas/suggestions. Build my pc cause Im lazy. Iv got a pcpartpicker build on my other laptop already but looking for other eyes and sanity checks.

Well evo 212 is pretty normal in K model none OC builds.
And windows 10 yeah no one private pays more than 25$ per key.

Thanks Payton this is sweet.

I dont think I need an optical drive, if needed Ill pull it from my current desktop. Also why are you choosing the 6600k i5 over the i7?

If I am looking to overclock, recommendations for after market coolers? I thought the 212 would have been good for that. Seems other have different opinions. What if I bump the budget to 1.5k?

And finally, where does one acquire MS win pro for $25?

For some added context:
I want to play bf1 at max with no frame drops. Id like to play Arma 3 at a shitty 45-50+fps if thats even obtainable. I play magic the gathering online which tends to have mem leaks and can start hogging some ram. Usually a minimum of 10 chrome tabs running, high end of 30+. Spotify steam origin discord/skype/teamspeak. World of warships / wargaming series. Warthunder. And then whatever video(s) going in the background.

edit: Oh and thanks for all the help!

Windows at kinguin.net.
PAYTON's build needs tweaking I feel.

I'll make a build later.

Yeah if you have an optical drive already you wont really need another one. I chose the i5 over the i7 since you dont seem to NEED hyperthreading, and to help everything fit in the budget. If you bump the budget to 1.5k id get the i7, a better psu, and if its still in the budget a 1080. Theres a few things that could be changed but in order to get the best for your budget i'd stick with an i5.
