Amazing 10bit, 4k IPS monitor.
A GTX 1070 could be sufficient, but you had to tweak settings to do 60+ fps 4k in BO3.
You can get a windows 10 copy on kinguin.net for about 25$.

Changed a couple things to bring it within budget.
You could add a 1 or 2tb HDD for storage.
Could go with a smaller ssd if you're not using Photoshop as much as I assume you are (you didn't specify)

You can get windows 10 for free still...

All I did was do the method to get windows 10 upgrade ( no license ) then call them and say can they please activate it for me, Indian guy took control and put a key in. 15min call for free win10 pro

Or copy win 10 onto a USB then call and do same method. Just be convincing.

And these steps seems so weird and how did he take over the control on your PC? I believe remote desktop needs a direct VPN connection to the local network.
