Budget: 7-800 usd, well im from Europe but it should be around this price.

More specific use: Photoshop, Illustrator, Maya / Blender, Animate CC, Path Of Exile, CS:GO, Dota2 and so on..
Planned time until purchase: Till December
Do you need an Operating System?: No
Do you have any specific preferred components?: I prefer Intel and Nvidia
Do you need a sound or wireless card?: I think so?
Do you want stock cooling or do you plan on overclocking?: Nop, nop
Do you need a monitor? mouse? keyboard?: Monitor.

Because I have an i5-6600k and already feel like it takes longer than I'd prefer when I deal with complex Illustrator files and video editing.

A more realistic budget. He's survived this far with what he has -- he can take a while and save more. There's no point in spending $180+ for a processor that won't get the job done.

cuz its not fast enough for you doesnt mean its fast enough for him

Do you do graphic design, video editing, or rendering for a living? Time is money, man. Saving up an extra $150 or so to get a better processor is worth the time and frustration it will save you.
