I guess you are talking about your stream gaming play?
Would you like a small form factor build like m-itx?

I think I could do another 50 and yes id like to stream. The build doesn't really matter to me

Should be able to run Overwatch Epic settings 1080p 60+ fps
If you steam you might have to tweak your settings some. Do you know what quality you will be streaming in? Resolution, FPS and bitrate.

Modified a little bit to fit within budget and offer some better merchant options (some weren't newegg, and some options chosen by Zwix will add shipping/tax to some parts)
