Hey guys,

Last PC I put together was like few years ago and I'm looking to build a new one!

Here is the link to the build:

www.pcpartpicker.com/list/mVp4pb

A few questions:

Power supply seems to be plenty, but if I decide to go SLi and oc the CPU at a later time, it would be still good enough right?

Should I go with 2x 16gb ram sticks or 4x 8gb (assuming I can get them at 16gb) didn't actually check.

Really would like suggestions on the monitor options... I'm highly uneducated about specs and latest tech for them. I'm assuming 144hz + IPS is a must for a great monitor? Again would really appreciate extra input with this.

I have extra copy of win 7 pro and no worries about mouse / keyboard.

I'm trying to stay around $2000 total (not including mouse / keyboard / OS)

Thanks in advance and good day to all!

Because... 'Murica....

Also should I add... I live near a Microcenter!

But to actually answer your question... there is no need for 32gb. I just added it because ram its cheap in my books. I do use Adobe Premire, Illustrator, In Design & Photoshop quite a lot for work. I'm a developer but I end up doing all sorts of freelance at work and I'm not supposed to use my work MacBook for that. (I've been using but IT sort of complained once already)

However the main use will be latest gen games.

You'll be glad you have 32 GB then. I was doing some vector work in CorelDRAW and was using 17GB of RAM because of some shitty distress file a client sent. fml
