Just put together my computer and I think I should be getting better performance out of my 1060. I already tried to unplug it and plug it back in not sure if it's something wrong on my end or the actual card is messed up.

Download furmark and stress test it while you check the clock speed.

Don't use speccy.... Use afterburner or something that's useful

Speccy shows wrong specs on 1060.

Ya it shows that it's right on Gpu-z and afterburner but I'm bench marking really really low I think...

I was at 3.7k bench mark for GPU and 2.7k for CPU on 3dMark and I'm getting like 20fps.

While I was bench marking my GPU was clocking at 1923MHz.
