Selling my old mobo. I need to find the revision on it for sale purposes. I no longer have the mobo in a computer. Is there anyway to find out what revision it is without booting into bios?

It is an older asus p8p67 pro.

Itr'll be written on the board. Usually by the PCI-E x16 slot or over by the RAM slots. It'll be VERY tiny, like 10 point.

/e Apparently it came with a big sticker on the board, and it's in the upper right corner of the front of the box as well. :/

See my edit.

Only way to "prove it" seems to be the BIOS or CPU-Z etc.

/e If you KNOW it's rev 3.0 just tell prospective buyer you checked it out in the BIOS, but never thought you'd need a pic.

You don't have any old ass CPU-Z screenshots do you?

Lame, well hopefully someone still wants to buy it. Seems like there was a recall I was unaware of. as long as you just use the good sata ports they are fine though, so whatever.

Yeah, when they first released...it took about three months for all the recalls and for Intel to fix the chipset problems. The called it B3 or Rev 3.0

/e Youi're in luck...
