i know ill most likely be looked down upon but idk


yall designed a computer for me in the range of 700-800 that id have to assemble etc ( which i have no clue how to do) my buddy would was gona to walk me through it is moving next week for a new job

my buddy has a sponsorship with cyberpowerPC and said he'd give me a promo code with them for 40% off one of there pcs which would be 500-700 for the pc and

and some additonal ones for keyboard/monitor etc


granted he doesnt use their prebuilts but he does get all his parts through them and he installs them.

Building it is the easy part... It's not hard at all. Software is the hardest part lol.

Build the PC's you like on their website on pcpartpicker then compare prices after 40% off. Then consider it.

Those PCs might just barely be worth it at 40% off. You're still paying a bit of a premium, and none of those builds will look like those photos.

if you can get 40% off their prices on their site I say go for it. That is pretty cheap.

I'd build my own. It will last longer. Cyberpower does not use premium parts even though they markup like they do...

What do you mean not premium parts all those listed are name brand that people recommend.... I'm a noob at this so :/

They use cheap parts in the prebuilds you buy at best buy and walmart. Off their own site they list all their parts. I honestly think it is fine if you are getting such a good deal. A bit jealous ;)

they also use refurbs/used parts. You can try to register your parts online to manufacturer websites for their warranty, but it's already been used or past the date. Hence, cyberpower gives their own shitty 1 yr warranty or whatever vs. 3-5+ yr manufacturer warranty.

prebuilts are built for 1 reason only: to get rid of pos excessive inventory parts that are hard to sell alone.
