I am looking at that 144hz Asus one
That's an awesome build. You will be very happy.
With either the GTX 1080 or the GTX 1070.
/e Also, just so you know...Newegg isn't like Fry's. They have warehouses all over the country.
Going into the Newegg near you...may speed up the order processing, but you still won't get it today.
Check also for Micro Center near you...they ARE like Fry's.
/ee Unfortunately, unlike MACs, Windows PC's don't come per-assembled. Well, they can, but you will be paying almost twice what they are worth. And you won't have too much control over the quality of the parts.
PC's are easy to build, just a phillips head screwdriver.
If you run into any difficulties, we are always here. With the motherboard manual and the video above...just about anyone can build it.If you really want it built by someone else... NICXUS will do it for an extra $50...however they won't have a lot of the parts in stock.
PCpartpicker, is good in that it will find the lowest prices from any etailer, automatically.
You can just click Edit this List at the top right, and then click the little gear symbol right after the item price, and it will let you choose the seller.
/e Here is the original build...all from Newegg, cept the monitor, which Newegg doesn't have...

GTX 1080 vs. GTX 1070 comparison...note the resolutions for the benchmarks. These two vid cards are the fastest there is atm. Cept for the Geforce TitanX for minimum of $1200
