hi i would like to upgrade my comp not sure if the new cpu gonna be a big performance upgrade but been having trouble with my mobo
when i restart my comp it stays stuck on Marvell 88SE61xx Adaptor - Bios Version 1.1.L70d.... and sometimes takes 30+ reboots before it starts
so i thought i should upgrade to new cpu's

was thinking about buying that

nope

The reason I asked is, this error message: Marvell 88SE61xx Adaptor - Bios Version 1.1.L70d
....seems to indicate that you DO have a 3rd party Ethernet card.

I don't think a LAN or WLAN chip on the motherboard has it's own BIOS (I could be wrong). I've never had one fail, before..so I don't really know.
Usually 3rd party cards, DO have their own BIOSs.

I'll take your word for it though, and I think Speccy would show one if you did have one...assuming it was working.

Anyways...this is the upgrade I just recommended to another poster, who only wanted the parts you seem to be ordering...
