My buddy has finally decided to build a new gaming computer. Just need something simple with highest output for price. He's looking to spend around 600 for tower alone. Thanks in advance

upgrade GPU later when you play more demanding games than WoW & CoD
change case to his preference, but case isn't bad for a budget w/ 5 fans included.
Though it may be harder to cable manage for beginners, but if he got patience & time shd be np.
Otherwise for more quality,the good ol NZXT Source 210 with or w/o window is a great alternative

Is it worth it to spend an extra 100 on the cpu? Thinking the quad is a better choice so he's not left upgrading in the near future
