Your RAM is running dual channel.
So its actually 669*2 = 1338MHz
You can just change your hertz to 60 in either nvidia controlpanel or under display adapter properties.
Damn that's an 8 year old setup. Reminds me a lot of the one I bought 8 years ago.
Actually that's not quite how it works.
Its DDR (Double Data Rate), Which lets it send twice the data of its clock rate.
Dual channel on the motherboard is something different.

Speccy:
Checked my corsair memory, Corsair CMV4GX3M1A1333C9 4GB DDR3 RAM, which said the memory speed should be 1333MHz PC3-10666. Why the hell is mine only @669MHz?
Also, don't understand why one of my monitors is detected as Acer @ 60Hz while the other is not and is @59Hz when they're identical monitors...would one being connected via DVI and the other via VGA be the cause of that?
It's pretty normal for 60hz monitors to show up as 59hz on some programs/etc.
There's nothing wrong with it, & you won't notice a difference.
