My friend said Nvidia has to give me 30 back for my 970 because they shorted us memory. Do I fill a form out or call?

The rumor is true.
What is not known yet is exactly how to apply for the refund.

So far its only a proposed settlement. Details still need to be worked out.

I like how they messed it up twice before this, First I got the email about the 980, then the 960 and finally the 970.
But yeah im hoping to get quite a bit of money back if they just cover all 970s. I have ordered like 7 and would be awesome if i could get 20-30 each.
