Budget: 600-700 Canadian, max like 750 if it's really something worth while
More specific use (what games, what programs): I've been playing poe alot lately and have FPS issues
Planned time until purchase: Soon, less then a month
Do you need an Operating System?: I'll figure that out latter, so no for now
Do you have any specific preferred components?: No
Do you need a sound or wireless card?: Need wireless card, I guess I need a sound card to use a headset right? (really got no idea what a sound card is/does)
Do you want stock cooling or do you plan on overclocking?: Won't be overclocking so if stock is adequate that's fine.
Do you need a monitor? mouse? keyboard?: Have both

Don't really care what case really.
My computer right now has 12 gb of ram 3x 4gb, Not sure if its worth re-using 1 or 2 sticks or not.
Would like to be able to use 2 monitors.
Would like to be able to upgrade in the future.

Also would this be worth using? I see it got good reviews and looks to be pretty good but I got no clue. (I see 8 core and I think its good :P)

A good Canada budget is more like: 1200 CAD, and even that is tough.

With that budget, in Canada, we would definitely need to re-use as many parts as we could. Even then...it will be hard to do.

It would help to know what parts your comp has now.

Posting a Speccy screenshot would help> Also tell us what case and power supply you currently have (those are not shown on Speccy).

Get SPECCY here: http://www.piriform.com/speccy/download
...get the FREE version from the: Piriform Link
...Speccy is a really nice system hardware/temperature, information Utility....simply install it...and run the program...then post a screen shot of the main page of the program, when posting a problem/question on these forums.

It's going to be really hard to re-use parts from my comp atm it's a like 3 year old store bought comp with compact case built in video card. I could be wrong but I think the only thing I'm going to be able to re-use would be the ram.

Well if it's store bought (prebuilt) you may be right. At least Speccy will tell us the RAM. :/

/e Right now I'm helping someone build a new comp in Canada...and we're using bottom of the barrel parts, and it's over 1000 CAD.

Fuck really... Would I just be better off buying another pre-built then? 1000 is way out of my price range, and the comp I got right now has alot of problems so I'm going to need to replace it soon anyway.

Here...this is upgradable, good parts...etc...someone more familiar with wireless can add a wireless card. Use the hard drive from your old build, for storage. :/

/e You won't need a sound card. That can be an upgrade later.

/e This is what I WOULD build, if I were you...

I can only find one cpu being sold on donator forums which is an Amd 9590, I was wondering if it would be worth getting and dropping SSD to upgrade the rest of the build? I wouldn't really use ssd and I can just buy one latter anyway.

Also should I re-use ram and hard drive from the pc I got now or just buy everything new?

What what price for the FX-9590?
220W for such a low IPC is insane tho.
SSD is a must in a new system!

and yes reuse the HDD from your old system.
RAM depends on what you end up buying.

He's looking for 12kfg+ shipping, costs 220$ american from newegg if I remember correctly.

I'd just never use the SSD lol, main thing would be for loading windows but I restart my comp like once every few days so not really worth, especially if I can put that money towards a better cpu or something else.
