I saw a build on pcpartpicker that was 450 + 1060 cost, but wasn't sure if it was any good ~_~
E: Would like 1080p at 60fps with decent settings (med+). Budget is a bit flexible, but I need to build 2 (twins) so wouldn't like to go crazy.
