Budget: $900
More specific use (what games, what programs): WoW private servers, CS:GO, Photoshop, and whatever new games perk my interest
Planned time until purchase: Any time
Do you need an Operating System?: Nah I can get one
Do you have any specific preferred components?: Nope
Do you need a sound or wireless card?: Nope
Do you want stock cooling or do you plan on overclocking?: Nope
Do you need a monitor? mouse? keyboard?: Nope! Maybe a 144 monitor if it's a good price.
Zip code/location? (Shipping costs): 60103

What are your preferences in case style? (lights, flashy, dull, etc) I don't want lights, I just want something either stylish or plain. If there is an option to turn off the lights then I would like green LED's.
Are you planning to use multiple monitors? Yes, I use one for gaming and the other to watch stuff.
Are you looking for upgrade-ability? Possibly, it really depends.
Do you have any preferred brands? Nope
Can you reuse any components from an older build? I will be re-using my HDD and SSD.
Is there anything else you think we should know? I might wait for the season when shit drops in price. I would like good combo deals if there are any out there as well. I was leaning towards intel but whatever works best is fine.

Not going to do the blue build :( ?

Well pretty optimal build if you can do another 150$

This one if you don't wanna lose a lot of performance, but a bit lower quality parts and less RAM. But those are easy to upgrade in the future

You could do a i5 6500 with a none lower chipset, but that would less "future proof" it. Meaning you wouldn't be able to overclock it whenever it reaches its limits in the future.
Like the i5 2500k is still viable today.

a RX480 with 16GB RAM could be an option too. Same quality parts from build 1

I can't find enough blue colored parts! :(

Unless I can get things custom made with colors, I probably can't complete it.

So I am thinking I'll make a little cheaper of a rig until they have more options or I find what I want for that. :P

Yeah I could probably throw something together but I am busy at work and don't have time to do it all! XD

My current PC handles everything right now perfectly but I wanted to give that to my brother and build something better. I may wait till around black friday / cyber monday to see if there is anything crazy for deals. Then give him the PC for Christmas, lol.

I just don't understand the gaps between 1060, 1070 and 1080. I see a lot of builds going with 1070 over the 1080. What's the difference?
