Budget: $1500 or below
More specific use (what games, what programs): Whatever newer games look like fun, photoshop / lightroom
Planned time until purchase: Any time once I find a badass build
Do you need an Operating System?: No
Do you have any specific preferred components?: I want it to be a blue / black color scheme or white / black.
Do you need a sound or wireless card?: No
Do you want stock cooling or do you plan on overclocking?: I would like a dedicated CPU fan. I do not plan on overclocking.
Do you need a monitor? mouse? keyboard?: None of the above :)
Zip code/location? (Shipping costs): 60103 is the Zip, I do have a Microcenter about 20-30 miles away.

I would really love a blue primary with black secondary themed computer internally and externally. I want these colors so it matches my new car I am going to buy. :P

Or I've always been in love with white primary black secondary colors.

I also don't need a SSD or HDD I can just use what I currently have.

I will post a link to a build I am working on but it may be later.

The Build

I7-6700k can be changed to a i5 6600k if you like to save a bit. But because of your budget and the use of photoshop, i figured that a 6700k would be usable at some point.

Corsair h110i is amazing for a stylish system, you can do blue led in it if needed.

Asus Z170-A great motherboard, its very stylish, black/white and a subtle blue

I went with a evga 650w G2. Because of its quality and its silent, the PSU will be hidden behind the PSU hidder in the H440

Strix this series is pretty much just black, so you can do blue LED in it

One of my favorite cases, quite, stylish and great quality

That's almost like my build!

I know I am over budget, I'd remove one of the GPU's ;P

Oh I didn't even see those fully! I just saw the top with the fans. haha

Yeah I'd have to find that case because they aren't for sale at any retailer, probably e-bay.

Maybe I have to look for a new card. I didn't see any with blue! :(

E: Also if I step down to 1 GPU I'd obviously get a smaller PSU as well.

Asus Z170 actually has a dark brown board -- not black.

Right before I went to bed I noticed that it had some baige or brown on it. So I was pretty sad. lol

Back to the drawing board.. I wish you can get them custom made!

Just switched it to EVGA Z170 FTW. All black some lettering in white, though. =/

Regular ones. A, AR, etc. Sabertooth is definitely white, but it's white digital camo.
