only thing you'd have to replace/upgrade in the future if you wanted to is switch out the 212 for an AIO cooler such as a X61 or H110i GT

fits his budget,
never need to purchase another PSU, even if he ends up going yolo OCing, and/or with power hungry GPUs Crossfire/SLI if he ever decides to take that route.
it'd be stupid to go less for no reason, especially when there's nothing else to upgrade to make signifiant difference without going over budget.
Then again, you're the guy that said NEX psus are great... lmao
