You can get better parts on everything else by downgrading GPU since WoW doesn't require much GPU power.
So in future when u wanna play more demanding games, you only need to buy a GPU & don't need to touch anything else.

otherwise,

waste of money to purchase a brand new 970/390 should look for a used one as a lot of ppl are looking to upgrade to 1070/1080.

If you could live with the integrated gpu for a week or two. The aftermarket Rx 480 are around the corner. Same price range as the 390.

Kind of used multiple parts from each of your builds.

I cant use a case without an optical drive port. There are times when i need to use them. (Very rarely yes, but sometimes for work)
I would rather just get a 390 now. Just preference.
Buying from Newegg/Amazon only. Yet again, just a preference.

Any suggested changes before i go ahead with this build?

i appreciate the reply, but i believe i have no use for an i7 as for what i'll be doing with this pc, i wont be utilizing the hyper-threading.
I also do not understand why you have a $31 optical drive when all i need is something very occasionally. As long as the read and write speeds are the same, thats all that matters. and if it stops working.. i'll spend another $15 on a new one.
Your build is also 100$ over budget.

My real question would be, does anyone have an objections to any of the parts I have listed, and why/replacement?

nah it's literally the same as my build aside from case + optical added.
nova casewill save you like extra $20ish, but 200r has more room, and it's all preference.

u may also wanna change the mobo now, as the price went up like 30-40 bux.

or msi pc mate is decent too for basic use
