Maximum you will spend? - $1,000, may go ~$50 above this IF the build is top notch. I do NOT plan on getting this anytime soon however. (July/2017 at earliest)
Will you complete mail in rebates? - Yes.
If so, may we go over-budget if rebates bring you within budget? - Yes.
Do you need Windows Operation System within budget? - Yes, Windows 10 (either home OR Professional, whichever unlocks more features for me.)
Need a Monitor? / Mouse? / Keyboard within budget? - Yes, I need a monitor that supports HDMI & is 19.5" or less for now.

Basic Info:
Specific Uses (Programs, game titles etc.) - Path of Exile, Streaming, FFXIV, Oodles of Steam games, Video editing and way more. Main usage is to game, less of a need/want to stream.
Country? - USA (98661)
Will you travel to NCIX (canada) or Microcenter (USA) for parts? (Null if unsure) - No.

How much hard drive space do you want or need? - 2+ TB, I do NOT need an SSD. (Not OCD at all over load times.)
Will you use wireless or wired internet? - Wireless.
Will you overclock CPU and/or GPU? - No overclocking will be done whatsoever.
Any special requests or useful things to tell us? (Specific case, need lots of storage, audio etc.) - None at this time.

Style (optional)
Do you prefer any specific colors for the build/computer case? - The more colors, the better. Blue/Green preferred. No red, ESPECIALLY Dark hues.
Do you prefer a window on your case? - I do not mind whether there's a window on my case or not (up to you!)

Bro if you gonna wait a year. There will be new hardware out and the price on the current is gonna be dropped quite a bit.
Get back to us in 10-11 months :)

And yes please do not skip an SSD. You gotta need that in every system today.

Just some things about your current build pcparkpicker build

You buy a decent cpu cooler and z170. But buy a cpu with a locked multipler?
You should get a 6600k or just get a cheaper chipset motherboard.

You can get legit windows keys for 20-28$

To be honest the only thing i can recommend in the current build is actually the 212evo.

Wait 1~ month before you want to order the PC & Make a new thread. It's absolutely pointless to make a build now for 12 months in the future..

get a small SSD and a larger storage harddrive if you're hell bent on having storage.

I run 3 SSD's personally; boot, storage and programs/games.

An SSD can offer more than just faster loading screens. A personal experience of mine... In GTA V Online before I had an SSD, I would occasionally get a short sharp drop in FPS when driving very fast fast around corners in complex city environments. Then I got an SSD and put Windows / GTA V on it. The game now runs smooth as silk - the problem disappeared. I dont know what the issue was but the SSD fixed it.
