Yeah I bought there multiple times. It's really really popular :)
Aio coolers are really easy to install.

Imo the 110i GT is better than the 110i gtx. I'm seen too many people on various forums complain of failure or what not with the gtx. No leaks though however

Also asus 1070 is about $440-450. Not 400 lol. Hopefully that's not a killer for you OP

For $1100ish that build is about the best you'll get. Maybe explore different cases if you don't like the 340

And yes kinguin is legit :)

Edit/ also. If you can squeeze a little extra, get some upgraded fans to go with or replace the ones that come with your case. It'll help your temps as well

If you're going to spend up to $100 on a CPU cooler, consider getting a Noctua NH-D15. I have one and I love it. I overclock 24/7. They are tall (165mm), so make sure it will fit in your case if you choose this.

This.

Noctua NH-D15, Noctua NH-D14, BeQuiet Dark Rock Pro 3, Cryorig R1 Ultimate/Universal as well as Thermalright's Le Grand Macho RT will net you the same temps at a lower noise level or better temps at the same noise level.

This is diff an option. It's just so damn bulky and ugly.
But they perform pretty close. Tho an Aio often makes the ambient temperature in the case lower.

I actually didn't know about the gtx being faulty. I got the GT myself. Haven't had any issue. And it's quiet running at 1100-1200rpm

Yeah from what I've seen the gtx suffers a lot from like bad temp spikes and shit

So I just went with the GT
