The only must is a Fractal nano s

Other general guidelines
I5 6600k or better.
16 gb of ddr4
Mini itx motherboard that supports overclocking
A all in one cpu water cooler
Mini power supply that can deal with a 4.5ghz skylake and a 1080.

Looking to get a 1080 when they are available. Trying to pick up the other stuff in July 4th sales

Will donate fg to people who help and lead to purchases :)

/e This motherboard would also be worth considering...

/e I checked the case specs. The PSU I listed had the best rating and fits...just. 9.1 rating at Jonnyguru. :)

But this one is 10mm shorter and rated 8.8 at Jonnyguru...

This just in...

This board seems to be the best overclocker...at lkeast according to HardOCP...the only site I could find that had tested overcloccking on the MSI, the Gigabyte, and this ASUS board.

/e Side note:

I did check the radiator size limits. Any 240mm rad will fit, unless someone finds a really strange one.

As for 280mm rads, I would avoid those...it's iffy if any will fit...properly. They will fit, but screw holes may not line up.

While I don't have a budget. I am looking to get the best value.

Since I won't be doing any video editing. Just gaming the 6600k seems best. Like $100 less

Cannot confirm a 240/280mm radiator would work with a gtx 1080 because of the length.
So i went with a h60 which should be more than enough for a 4.5Ghz OC

I'm losing my mind over should i wait until July 4th weekend in the US for some redic deals.

NCIX has the 6600k for $235 which seems pretty decent.

/E Found a 512 Mushkin SSD for 109 on newegg. seems worth :o
