Why Devils Canyon over skylake? Also, with a motherboard at that price point you won't be getting an overclock to high enough to warrant a loop. What exactly are you building this PC for?

The 4790 has a better running rate than the 6700k I checked and what kind of motherboard should I go for then?

I want to overclock it for like Overwatch and stuff and I also need a 1440p monitor and the Windows key which will ring me around 325$. This would make his build over 1800$ where mine would be 1700$

I would get one of the vid cards that are NOT the Founder's Edition ones. The custom cards will run cooler and quieter and in most cases...faster.
