Building a PC for my mum (non gamer)

I'm not an Intel fan, but as it's for my mum and not me, I am open to suggestions.

Parts I already have:
ATX Case (no PSU)
Monitor
Windows 7 OS
Keyboard & mouse

Will be purchasing from Newegg (Australia) and her budget is AUD$1,000
would prefer onboard graphics with Motherboard, but not compulsory

Let me know your recommendations please. Links would be helpful thanks.

With a itx case of her taste.

Otherwise I recommend a NUC. Already put two up for family members. It's quite powerful, small and low energy usage.

Like an i5 one with space for m.2 + 2.5 drive.

regarding the first link, will an ITX motherboard fit in an older model ATX case? that build looks nice......i have been out of the loop for many years, I used to build pc's long ago when the only options were ATX and micro ATX and DDR1 ram was releasd
I forgot to mention, I also have a 1 TB HDD (sata) for secondary storage

You might as well buy an atx board if you wanna go with an mid tower. Just usually non gamers appreciate a small format factor PC. But you should really consider the nuc.
