What is your favorite heatsink / liquid cooling system for AMD CPUs?

I have a pretty generic one but it's always running so insanely loud when I play games so looking to upgrade.

I have an AMD FX-9590 right now on a Gigabyte 990FXA-UD3 motherboard.

Assuming you have a case that's wide enough... Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO

For a 9590 though, ya might wanna go with an AIO water cooler.

Yah, I was thinking about going the liquid cooling route since these processors run very hot. I'm just looking to spend ~80-120 at most though.
