Note:If you are tight on your budget, you should wait for 10th of june and get a msi gtx 1070 when its released, that is a much better card for your budget and also in terms of price/performance ratio.
But if you dont care much about any of what I said above, do the following:




Get these, and add this video card wherever/whenever you can buy it in the US:

The GTX 1070 will cost less than $400. June 10th it will be released, and by June 25-ish you will be able to buy the non reference versions. The ref. version will cost more.

No ref. version will run cooler and quieter.
