Consider saving up another 120$ for a Intel Core i5-6600K

and a win10 cheap key on kinguin http://www.kinguin.net/catalogsearch/result/index/?q=windows+10

ill take a look at it thanks... I see it's a i3 dual core.. i'm looking for more of a quad core i was always a fan of them.. .what's the big difference from the 960 vs the AMD series cards, I haven't messed with any of them in a long time so i don't really know the difference

You can go for a shitty AMD CPU build tho. You won't get quad core intel with that budget. Why you gotta consider another 120$ for the i5.
the r9 380 is 5-10% better game performance wise compared to gtx 960. They are both 200$ ish

i3 6100 vs fx 8300 (same price range) i3 is superior as dual core plus hyperthreading vs octa core AMD xD

Yeah surely is my recommendation. But you should wait for a second opinion :)

It's not really worth it to spend the extra money on an intel quad core over an i3, unless you have one of the better graphics cards.
This is because, if you have a spare 120 dollars, spend it on the graphics, you will get more performance.
The only exception to this rule is if you need more computational power (i.e. you are doing something that is not gaming).

So, until you have a gtx 1070 or maybe a 390/970, would not get anything past an i3.
Unless of course you have cpu needs such as serious video rendering or streaming.
