I need the best tower I can make for 500, style isn't a issue.

Quality.

If you can create a smooth look as well, it's a bonus. Thanks.

You won't get any quality for 500$
New AAA games won't even be smooth on medium-high

And you should be able to OC that i3 to about 4.2ghz
the case can be changed to what ever you like.
