Can I get a good home @ BestBuy?

I need one to plug my 8 years old gaming tower. :O

The motherboard will have either a 20 pin or 24 pin connector. Some power supplies, these days come with a 24 pin connector, some come with a 20+4 pin connector.
Make sure w/e power supply you buy, can match the motherboard connector.

The other things to be concerned with is the drive connectors. In the older drives they used 4 pin molex connectors. Newer drives you SATA power connectors.



/e In other words, you need to make sure the power supply you buy, has the correct connectors for the hardware you have. Usually this is not an issue, but with an 8 year old comp, I would make sure.
