Easily upgradeable in the future.

Whenever more juice is necessary, buy i7 6700k and one of the coming gpus from nvidias pascal or amds polaris

I have two suggestions. If you don't feel like playing decent graphic. AAA titles like Deus Ex: Mankind Divided, Mirrors Edge Catalyst, Rise of the Tomb Raider, The Division, Crysis 3, Fallout 4, Far Cry Primal, Mass Effect Andromenda, The Witcher 3, Just Cause 3, GTA 5, Ryse, Metro Redux, ARMA III, Battlefield 4 and 1, Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor, Assassin's Creed Unity, Batman: Arkham Knight And the list keeps going on.

Then go for this one. You will be able to play CS:GO right now 1080p 200ish fps

The other option would be you could buy a full functioning system now. Using the HD 530 onboard GPU. Which will be able to play CS:GO 1080p 75 avg fps high. (ideal for 60hz monitors)
And then save up for a better GPU like the upcoming polaris. where you can probably getting some kickass card for 200-250$ so you can be able to play the games i typed.
